Contractual Agreements

Legal agreements or contracts may only be concluded on behalf of the Department of Engineering by the following officers:
  • Head of Department
  • Director of Research
  • Secretary of Department
Anyone else who concludes an agreement will find him or herself personally liable for the costs involved.

If any member of staff feels that they have unwittingly signed such an agreement (e.g. to rent a water cooler etc.) then they should discuss this with Richard Collet-Fenson.
