IT User Support Officer

The main focus is the support of users of personal computers (hardware and software) thus facilitating the administration, research and teaching of the department.

The role holder also provides support for Windows related infrastructure. The role holder provides vital IT user support for the Department's large number of administrative staff, and also supports the School of Technology.

The role holder supports teaching by setting up and maintaining personal computers in teaching laboratories.
