About IT Services
IT Services Division
The IT Services Division (ITSD) is responsible for the Department's core IT and telecoms services and infrastructure. Staff work in teams to cover these core service areas:
- Helpdesk
- Desktop services
- Network and telecoms
- Administrative and information systems
- E-mail services
- User accounts and passwords
- Systems support
- Teaching support
Computing in the research Divisions and groups is largely supported through IT staff working within the Divisions.
