The first point of contact for computing queries is the IT Services helpdesk. You can also find searchable information on computing in the Department in the Computing Help web pages.
If you are in a Division or research group with computing support staff, your helpdesk query will be passed to them if appropriate, or you can contact them directly, as below. To contact them, add @eng.cam.ac.uk to the addresses shown below.
