IT Services helpdesk

The helpdesk is the first point of contact for most IT-related queries in the Department. The helpdesk is staffed by the Computer Operators, and they will either answer your query directly, or they will pass it on to someone else who can help. Contact the helpdesk at:

If you are in a Division or research group with computing support staff, your helpdesk query will be passed to them if appropriate, or you can contact them direct.
