A team of surgeons and engineers including members of the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge recently won the Best Surgical Technology award.
Dr Tom Hynes, a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Engineering, is one of eleven University of Cambridge lecturers who have been recognised for their excellence in teaching.
Professor Ian Hutchings gave the Staudinger-Durrer lecture at the ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich) where he was awarded the Staudinger-Durrer Prize and Medal.
The winning image in the Owlstone Photography Competition was taken by students Henry Hallam, Robert Fryers, Carl Morland, Daniel Strange and Iain Waugh.
