Plastic Collapse Lab 1B

Jason entered the University of Patras in 2008, where he read Civil Engineering until 2013. His final year project was on the numerical simulation of progressive collapse events. He then continued his studies on Earthquake and Civil Engineering Dynamics at the University of Sheffield (2013-2014), with his dissertation addressing fracture of plain concrete. Since joining the Cambridge Centre for Doctoral Training for Future Infrastructure and Built Environment in 2014, Jason has been focusing on novel seismic protection technologies with application to critical infrastructure and buildings.
