Some meals are free, any others are subsidised. You will need to arrive in Paris between 5-7pm on the Sunday, a dinner for all students and their French exchange student will be at 7pm nd students will stay at L'Ecole Centrale with their exchange student.
Return visit from Paris students
In April/May time the students from Paris and Barcelona come to Cambridge for a week (separate weeks for both exchanges) where the exchange students will stay in colleges. We ask that, if possible you can make sure that your exchange student is settled in their college (usually the college you are at) room on arrival. Apart from this there is no commitment on your part, although you will be invited to a formal dinner with the teacher and exchange students at sometime during the week. You can organise other social events if you wish but there is no request from the LU to do so.
Registration for EXCHANGES/TRIPS will be from 10am, Friday, 16 November 2012 until Friday, 23rd November 2012 on a first come first served basis. Please fill out this Registration Form and return to Lisa Morrow, with your £30 deposit.
