Located near the main department workshops in the Inglis building, the Design Office consists of a small team of three engineers who have an open brief to offer mechanical/system design services to students and research staff within the department and in certain circumstances researchers in other departments and Universities.

(Associated with the Design Office are the Photographic, Digital Illustration and Drawing Offices).
