Department role and responsibilities
Eleanor is a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer within the ICS Infrastructure Team.
Her role includes:
- Email support
- Linux system administration
- Virtual infrastructure
- Security incident response
- Security planning and procedures
- Web tools to support the Helpdesk team
- Liaising with the Windows Support team
Eleanor is also a UCU Rep for the Department of Engineering.
