Research interests

Tobias works on targeted drug delivery systems for cancer therapy using microfluidic ion pumps with Prof. George Malliaras, Bioelectronics Laboratory.

Biography

Tobias Naegele received his BSc in Physics at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn in Germany where he worked on the fabrication of three-dimensional photonic nanostructures. In 2018, he obtained his MSc in Physics at Imperial College London. In his MSc dissertation work, he studied fluorescence correlation spectroscopy and applied it to the characterisation of nanostructures. Since 2018, Tobias has been a member of the EPSRC Doctoral Training Centre in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at the University in Cambridge. Through this programme he recently completed a Master of Research, and is now a PhD candidate as of October 2019.
