This scheme identifies very recent scientific contributions that have received especially large increases in numbers of citations over bi-monthly periods. See http://esi-topics.com/fbp/fbp-june2002.html for details and an interview with the first author Arnaud Doucet.

Arnaud Doucet worked for three years as a Research Associate in the Signal Processing Group, then took up a Senior Lectureship at University of Melbourne. He returns to CUED in September as a University Lecturer.
