The Department are grateful to Alenia Marconi Systems Ltd. (AMS) who have agreed to sponsor up to three
Cambridge undergraduate Electrical or Information engineers per year, each sponsorship being worth £2
400 pa for four years. The awards* can potentially lead to a diverse range of career opportunities for
successful students in a variety of commercial, technical and manufacturing capacities within the AMS parent
group of companies, although the sponsorship agreement will not require specifically any long-term commitment
to AMS.
*available to UK nationals only, with a maximum of one award per college.
