The Department of Engineering will host Open Days on 6-7 July 2023 aimed at prospective applicants in Year 12 (or equivalent) and mature applicants (aged 21 or over), together with their parents/guardians or supporters.
Attending one of our very popular in-person open days is an excellent opportunity to explore what’s on offer at the Department of Engineering.
Professor John Durrell
Running from 1pm to 4.30pm, in conjunction with the Cambridge Open Days, prospective applicants will be given an overview of the Department and its facilities, as well as information on the course structure and the different areas of Engineering open to students during their studies.
Videos with information about our course, the application process and the Engineering specialisations available at Cambridge are available to view on the Open Day Talks and Open Day Video pages of our website.
Professor John Durrell, Deputy Head of Department (Teaching), said: “Attending one of our very popular in-person open days is an excellent opportunity to explore what’s on offer at the Department of Engineering. You will be able to ask academics and current students questions and gain a greater understanding of what being an engineering student at Cambridge is all about.”
