Research interests

Mr Bartlett's field of research is in the field of high voltage technologies and power devices.

Particularly lateral GaN HEMTs and their application in different converter topologies: investigating switching characteristics and intelligence on GaN

Biography

Dillan Bartlett is a PhD student in the High Voltage Microelectronics and Sensors Laboratory at University of Cambridge.

He received his BEng with Intercalated year degree from Warwick University in 2025, and working at an power electronics consultancy specialising in automotive applications. Starting October 2025, Dillan Is now a PhD student at the University of Cambridge, studying under Prof. Florin Udrea, researching Power devices with a focus on lateral GaN HEMTs.
